Howies is an independent Edinburgh restaurant group established by David Howie Scott in 1990. We have 3 restaurants and an events company in the heart of Scotland’s Capital.

Scotts Kitchen open 7 days in summer months. Winter hours vary.

Howies and Scotts serve fresh, seasonal Scottish produce sourced locally. Our menu caters for all tastes – fresh fish, seafood, vegetarian, vegan, white and red meat options. All allergy and dietary information is clearly marked on our menu.

Along with daily specials you can enjoy Howies Scottish classic dishes. All sourced locally including seafood, venison, game and of course haggis – veggie, vegan and traditional.
